We offer three designated green spaces, which are functional and designed to enhance the homeowners' enjoyment and overall resale value. The Board is committed to continuous improvement of the three green spaces with long term tree plans and quality grooming of the land.
Greenspace A
The entrance to Tuscan Ridge and parallel to Pacific Street.
Greenspace B
Located within the interior of 200 Street and 200 Avenue.
Green space “B” is a designated multi-purpose area. In addition to its natural beauty and privacy, this lot is available exclusively to homeowners with written permission. This lot can be used for special events, family gatherings, and the annual HOA picnic. Certain safety rules apply to all homeowners for everyone’s protection while using this green space.
Located on the corner of Blue Sage Parkway and South HWS Cleveland Boulevard.
