Welcome New Neighbors!
Please welcome any new neighbors to Tuscan Ridge by introducing yourself and encouraging them to send their contact information to either the website administrator (tuscanridgeomaha@gmail.com) or to the Secretary of the TRHOA Board of Directors. This membership roster is for the exclusive use of the TR homeowners and is only to be used for our members’ communication purposes including, but not limited to; annual meeting info, upcoming social events, and neighborhood watch programs.

Annual Dues
Annual dues are due and payable by Feb 1 each year. Please be aware that interest charges are accrued
on unpaid balances on accounts 3o days past due and a lien may be filed on any past due accounts.
Social Events
Dates and specifics for TRHOA and Villas social events are sent out via email. Please contact any one of the Board Members via email if you would like to host an event or volunteer to assist with HOA
social events. Please make sure your roster information is current and correct.
Board of Directors
The TRHOA regular board meetings are scheduled on a bi-yearly basis or as needed with an annual meeting held in January of each year. Any TRHOA member in good standing is welcome to attend the meetings with the Board President's approval. All guests must provide at least one week advance notice. Agendas are planned in advance and space and time is limited.
Board Nominees
If you or someone you know is interested in serving on the TRHOA board, please contact any present board member by December for the following year's consideration.
Voting for nominees takes place at the annual meeting at a date and place to be determined by the board of directors.
Officers typically serve three-year terms. Board term positions are “staggered.”
TRHOA also has ad hoc positions available at various times. Please contact any board member if you would be interested in serving in an ad hoc position.
